The formula works two ways: as a preventive, it coats the soil and thwarts any eggs that hatch late; as a curative, it drops existing grubs the instant they touch the treated zone, usually within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. No ingestion required, no follow-up visits necessary-one thorough application lasts the whole season. We also scout for chinch bugs and other surface feeders. A simple soap-flush test reveals them quickly; if they're present, a fast-acting, low-odor spray finishes them off without lingering on the grass. For mosquitoes, we can add an optional perimeter mist if you're hosting outdoor events-just let us know in advance. By fall, we lightly aerate to push residual protection deeper and overseed any thin spots, so your lawn grows denser and naturally crowds out next year's invaders.
