Grrr! I just can’t get grass to grow there!

Hey Key2Green, can you help me? I’ve tried everything and no matter what I do, I just can’t seem to get any grass to grow in this troublesome area. Every company I talk to says that I’m looking at a costly renovation with heavy equipment. I don’t know if I can afford something like this.

Key2Green assessed the problem area and quickly determined the root cause — lack of healthy soil base. No heavy equipment needed here! 40 bags of rich compost soil was spread across the area, rolled flat and seeded with high quality sun & shade weed-free grass seed. Then we applied a starter fertilzer to help with nutrients, germination, and root growth. Lastly we locked it all in place by laying down seed pellet mulch which, when watered, holds seed in place and retains moisture to help ensure rapid and successful germination.

After 4 weeks of light watering, the results were a success with a new lush green carpet of grass for years to come!
