[TruthGreen] killed my lawn! What do I do?!

My lawn was looking pretty good, but wanted to enhance the look and make it greener and healtier. So I called [TruthGreen] who came and gave me a good price to fertilize my lawn. It started to look better pretty quickly, then a few weeks later, all of a sudden everything started to turn brown and die off in many spots. What happened?!

Key2Green assessed the problem area and quickly determined the root cause — over-application of an inferior fast-release fertilizer product by an inexperienced lawn technician; causing grass blades to BURN and die.

We treated the lawn by spreading a few bags of organic lawn soil to help reverse the effects of overfertilization burn. The soil was then rolled flat and seeded with high quality sun & shade weed-free grass seed. Then we applied a higher quality slow-release starter fertilzer to help with nutrients, germination, and root growth. Lastly we locked it all in place by laying down seed pellet mulch which, when watered, holds seed in place and retains moisture to help ensure rapid and successful germination.

After 4 weeks of light watering, the results were a success with a new lush green carpet of grass for years to come!
